... I sent my Dad an 8x10 of this photograph after I found out about his cancer to let him know I was thinking of him. It matched his living room perfectly. I wonder where that 8x10 print is now.

Cornbread recipe:
1 stick melted butter

2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix

1 can creamed corn

1 can drained corn

4 eggs

8 oz. sour cream

Bake for 40ish minutes at 375 degrees in a 9x13 glass pan.
Makes 15 pieces at 200 calories each.

Highly recommended with a drizzle of honey!
