Day 390

Banana nut muffin recipe:
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups flour
3 super ripe bananas
1/2 cup pecans/walnuts (optional)
Bake for 30ish minutes at 350 degrees (high elevation).
Bake for 35ish minutes at 325 degrees (sea level).
Makes 12 muffins at 250 calories each (220 calories if you hate pecans).
Delicious!
